A Writer's Behind the the Scene Look 2:Setting: Taking a New Orleans Story beyond Vampires andVoodoo

A Zoom Conversation - May 30 - 6:30 P.M.

I am excited to announce that the publication of my second mystery novel, ONE DROP, sequel to OUTSIDE CHILD (OC), is set to be released, August 15, 2020 by Bedazzled Ink Publishers. In anticipation, on May 30, at 6:30 P.M., I will be hosting a Zoom "Behind the Scene Look" at my writing experience, specifically OC.

OC is the first in my triology that takes place before hurricane Katrina. I'd like to explore through conversation with readers, how the setting -- New Orleans -- shaped the main characters, sister and brother reluctant sleuths, Ladonis and HeartTrouble, and their pursuits.

I will also read from my upcoming title, ONE DROP, which has these characters in another hotbed or criminal activity while trying to escape the deadliest storm in their hometown's history.

Check out my Blog at and sign up to join the conversation.
